Y A George III satinwood and tulipwood cross banded side table, circa 1790, in the manner of Thomas Sheraton, of breakfront outline, the top with rounded front corners, above a plain frieze, the sides incorporating hinged drawers, on square section tapering legs, 75.5cm high, 97cm wide, 49cm deep Condition Report: Marks, knocks, scratches and abrasions commensurate with age and use. Some old chips, splits and small losses. some minor old repairs Some filler used to the top in places. No key present. Both locks are open. One front leg with what appears to be a lateral burn line across one front leg. Slight movement within the fame. Two small later supporting blocks to the back frieze/underside of the top.
