A George III mahogany serving table, circa 1780, the rectangular top above a plain frieze, on moulded rectangular legs headed by pierced spandrels, 90cm high, 212cm wide, 81cm deep Condition Report: Marks, knocks, scratches and abrasions commensurate with age and use. Old chips and splits. Some filler used to top in places. Evidence of old worm. Later supporting blocks to the underside of the top. Some later screws to interior of carcass Spandrels are replacements. Some old veneers repairs to the edge of the top. Please refer to additional images for visual reference to condition.
