Y A George IV rosewood and simulated rosewood open bookcase, circa 1825, the rectangular top above a plain tablet moulded frieze, above two banks of adjustable shelves, interspersed by reeded uprights headed by lappet and scrolling acanthus terminals, on scroll carved feet, 84cm high, 161cm wide, 36cm deep Condition Report: Marks, knocks, scratches and abrasions commensurate with age and use. Some old splits and chips. Plugged holes to back and sides of top from where a gallery once sat. Some filler used to the top in places. Some old minor veneer repairs.
