Provenance: Collyer Bristow Collection, London Condition Report: Executed on a rough weave canvas, which has not been relined. There is an area of paint flaking and loss, lower centre, which has also broken the weave of the canvas causing an indentation, visible both recto and verso. There is a line of paint cracking at the extreme left hand edge, approximately 1/4 of the way down and a further smaller line of paint lifting and cracking to the centre of the lower edge.
