A George III mahogany chest on chest, circa 1780, in the manner of Thomas Bradshaw, 189cm high, 111cm wide, 56cm deep Condition Report: Marks, knocks, scratches and abrasion commensurate with age and use. Some old splits and chips. some minor old losses. (This is more visible to some small areas of the fretwork angles) Some old repairs including to front right corner of dentil frieze that could be better refined/ executed. Handles and locks are original. Lacking keys. feet, drawer linings and rear panels all original. To the top 'roof' of the chest on chest there is old worm damage and various fragmentary losses as a result. This is only visible from above. Some worm damage in other areas.
