Newman Galleries, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Acquired directly from the above. Private Collection, Tom's River, New Jersey. Condition report: Frame: 13 1/2 x 16 5/8 x 1 1/2 in. In overall good condition, with a dusty surface. Large (but thin) hairline craquelure throughout the composition. Examination under UV light does not reveal any sign of restoration. The work appears to have been cleaned, but we notice small remnants of old greenish varnish in several cracks.
