Description

此尊面庞丰腴，眼睑低垂，目光下敛。长发披肩，表示他未受过比丘戒。身着交领袍衣，衣纹曲走流回自然。左手施触地印，右手当胸结三宝印捻乌巴拉花，金刚双跏趺于莲台之上。像主仲敦巴·嘉瓦郡乃（1004-1064），意为“胜生”，仲敦巴为其尊号，是阿底峡大师最为出类拔萃的弟子，得到了尊者的全部教言，学富五明，持戒极严。他创建热振寺，成为噶当派的开宗祖师。依靠他的恩泽，以后陆续出现了萨迦、噶举、格鲁诸派，史籍广载。应是北京地区铸造。
