(H: 9, W: 15 1/2, D: 8 3/4 in. Weight: 101.1 oz. t.) Provenance Sotheby's New York, November 9, 2000, lot 201. Private Collection, Pennsylvania. Condition report: In generally good to very good condition. Body of tureen with some scuffs to sides. Rims of tureen and cover are uneven and bruised in places. Silver polish residue present to crevices. Hallmarks slightly rubbed. No evidence of previous monogramming. Overall light signs of wear, including surface scratches, commensurate with age and use.
