A Yamamaki-e (black-on-black) lacquer three-case inro By Kajikawa Takafusa, 19th century The wide body with an ishime ground, lacquered in black low relief on either side with a dragon medallion on a ground of fragmented rinzu (textile-weave), the interior of matt black lacquer, signed Kajikawa Takafusa saku; with a small coral ojime. 8cm (3 1/8in) high.
