套墨十锭，皆为鼓形，通体漆衣，美丽敦厚、华贵异常。一面篆书原文，并以天干标序列，另面楷书释文，俱阴识填金。墨质坚细，墨色黝然，精光耀目，堪比金玉。此套墨极稀见，惜多处断粘，辛鼓一面被磨。配原漆盒，盒描金饰云福纹，盖面以螺钿嵌题“御制重排石鼓文墨”八字，盖内题“清乾隆御制石鼓文墨真品”，落款钤印不可辨识，题字下粘贴文革查抄物资处理标签。参阅：1. 《中国文房四宝全集 墨》P142，北京出版社，2007年。2. 《蓄墨小言》P169，周绍良著，北京燕山出版社，2007年。
