药师佛全称“药师琉璃光如来”、“大医王佛”、“医王善逝”等，为东方净琉璃世界之教主，因能为众生解除病痛故名。此尊药师佛纯银而制，体虽小却精细入微。螺发肉髻，顶配宝珠。面相饱满，双目微闭，白毫凸起，双耳垂肩，慈祥庄严。其身半袒露，披袈裟，衣袖宽大，裤裙层层迭置，流畅铺散于身前。左手腹前托持药钵，右手结触地印，结跏趺坐于双层莲花座上。原配银制佛龛，可用以佩挂。
