唐宋时期的佛、菩萨造像还不能完全脱离造像仪轨，而罗汉形像则有着表现上的相对自由。此罗汉像面圆，长耳，皱眉，长鼻，五官呈现出一种夸张的思虑表情，双手置于腹前，身着僧袍柔软轻薄，紧贴身体，衣纹即做起伏，又结合线刻形式，此手法常见于唐代时期塑像。该像生动的表现了得法尊者的形象，具有极高的艺术价值。后背刻款『乾符三年』，为唐僖宗876年。
