|件香炉以玉石雕琢而成，分为炉盖和炉身两部分。炉盖上雕一盘身螭龙，龙首瞠目圆吻，身躯爪足粗壮有力，盘曲弯转，须发鳞甲毕现。钮下四面设瑞兽衔活环，盖身印刻兽面纹。炉身圆润，琢回纹地，上赴兽面，两侧琢龙首活环耳，龙首方头阔嘴，鬃毛散披，姿态甚是威猛；小炉身之下有三狮首兽足承托。整器造型庄重大方，风格古朴典雅，雕工精细，雕饰繁缛，体现了清代宫廷玉雕工艺鲜明特点。
