An early 20th Century French Champleve enamel and brass mantel clock retailed by Army & Navy Cooperative Society Ltd having an arched pediment top with enamel detailing and oak leaf panel. Central brass dial with Roman numeral chapter ring and faceted hands. The case further decorated with hampleve columns and detailing to sides. Raised on a stepped plinth base with decorative bun feet. Glass panels to sides with door to verso opening to reveal a movement stamped 6983 French make. The door signed / engraved with A&NCSL (Army & Navy Cooperative Society Ltd) 105 Victoria St SW (London). No key or pendulum present. No visible signs of damage, some minor wear. Some tarnishing to case and interior but overall a good example. Measures approx; 21cm x 13cm x 9.5cm.
