Shen Zhou (1427-1509) outstanding painter of the Ming Dynasty. The name is Qinan, Ishida, and Baishiweng, Yutiansheng, Youjuzhuju, and so on. A native of Changzhou (now Suzhou, Jiangsu). Sincere temperament, knowledgeable and talented, he is good at literature, and he is also good at painting landscapes, flowers, birds and animals, insects and fish, all of which are extremely wonderful. Often hasty embellishment is triumphant. He was often inscribed on paintings with poems, and he was called "Mr. Erjue" at that time. The painters Huang Daji and Wu Zhen form a family of their own brushwork. Yigongmobi, flowers and birds, and his student Wen Zhengming are called the "Wu School" together. It is also called the "Four of Ming Dynasty" with Wen Zhengming, Tang Yin and Qiu Ying. Every time he draws a picture, he paints a little bit of moss, and he is absolutely meticulous. He can imitate the ancients in many ways, add his own creations, and take part in the two-meter pen, making good use of the thick pen, which is round and vigorous, and thick and condensed. He has been in and out of famous artists in Song and Yuan Dynasties, and his creative attitude is extremely cautious.
