本尊财神头戴宝冠，高耸的发髻刻画相当细腻。面相圆润，挑眉鼓目，双耳挂有圆形耳饰，别致精细。财神裸身，躯体健硕壮实，下腹圆鼓，四肢修长有力。上身饰项圈和长链，手腕、臂和足部戴有钏镯。姿态安逸的坐于莲花宝座上，左腿横盘，右腿屈立，右手结说法印，左手握吐宝鼠鼬，吐宝鼠十分肥硕，象征富足。莲座宽大，单层莲瓣宽厚饱满，瓣尖微卷，上缘饰有连珠纹，古朴大方，极富韵味。
本器材质相当细腻，表面光滑缜密，包浆润泽，整体做工精巧别致，繁复讲究。全器仅高8公分，然细节处理一丝不苟，规整的造型带有憨直古拙气息，实乃随身寸佛中极为难得的一件作品。
