款识：1. 蜕庐仁兄大人雅教，癸亥夏五月，子祥张熊。 钤印：子祥（朱）2. 我昔客金逢败兵，弦声旆影魂俱惊……读吴野人布衣陋轩集，书此为蜕庐先生教腕。严承健。钤印：起云（朱） 作者简介：1. 张熊（1803～1886），又名熊祥，字子祥，别号鸳湖外史，室名银藤花馆，秀水（今嘉兴）人。流寓上海，收藏金石书画甚富。画学周之冕，以花鸟为最精，尤擅牡丹，大幅巨幛愈见功力。兼作人物、山水，精篆刻，亦善八分书。亦工诗。与任熊、朱熊合称“沪上三熊”。为近代六十名家之一。 2. 严承健（1802～？），字起云，别署辉媚阁主人，苏州木渎人，善书法亦能山水，工篆刻，能诗文。山水用笔雅秀，气韵浑朴，得宋元人逸韵，精工绝俗，不染一尘。书法学欧、褚，工稳谨严。
