A FINE CARVED GILTWOOD PIETRA DURA AND MICRO-MOSAIC OCCASIONAL TABLE Italy/Rome, mid 19th century H. 78/D. 44 cm On tripot stand with claw feet moulded shaft with applied twisted colums. Round slate with Pietra Dura work and a central medaillon with micro-mosaic of the Forum Romanum. Minor damages due to age and slight losses of mosaic. Rhenish private collection.
