此件玉印以和阗糖白玉雕成，玉色深浅分明，细腻温润。将两色进行巧雕，糖色部分镂空雕琢一站立状螭龙，昂首挺胸，四肢有力，身体盘曲，细节生动。白玉部分雕作方形印体，印文为篆书“帘卷日长人静”，此句出自宋代诗人蒋元龙《好事近》，全句为“帘卷日长人静，任杨花飘泊。”为典型的明代文房玉印精品。
