赏析：炉体型硕大，耳部依形，圆者为虎眼，扁者为凤眼，拍品即为凤眼。颈部内束，腹部鼓出，下承三乳足，附硬木座。铜炉铸造精良，体型硕大，雄浑饱满，铜质上乘，手头陈实，甚是难得。通体栗壳皮色，莹润自然，色美而亮，可见养炼得法，护持有道。炉身下“大明宣德年制”阳文楷书框，笔画苍劲，法度严谨。整器皮色朗润，铜质精炼，器型饱满大气，线条简洁优雅，皮色为藏经纸色，气息古朴，沉稳而不失雅致，因色近佛家经典，故乃铜炉中首色，为世人所重。类拍品造型、呈色俱佳者甚少，硕大的体型应为庙堂陈设之用。
