|说明：胡人戏狮题材起源于唐朝，流行于元、明两朝，此件文房笔插，铜质精粹，沉甸至极。整体铸成胡人戏狮状，雄狮四肢强健，双目圆睁，开口露利齿，气势汹汹。胡人行游戏姿态在雄狮侧面，一手牵着雄狮的尾巴，一手放在雄狮嘴里，行戏耍之态，背后一幼狮，顾盼相望，妙趣横生。胡人深目高鼻，个性胡须，头顶如意形帽，身着胡服，脚踏长靴，神态怡然，动感十足，雄狮背后有三个插孔，两孔封闭，其用途与插放毛笔之用。整器品相完美，极为难得。胡人献宝，胡人戏兽题材，为当时社会繁荣昌盛、万邦来朝的现实反映，寓意国力强盛、天下太平。
