此佛塔以豹斑石所雕，皮壳老辣油润，呈藏式塔形，顶端的塔刹下方接三相轮，代表三重天，其下覆钵丰肩敛腹，一侧开口为佛龛，内雕一尊小巧精緻的菩萨像。底部的台座为方形，敦实坚致，稳当大气。此佛塔具宋元风格。
