张群（1889-1990），字岳军，四川华阳人。早年留学日本，加入同盟会。1927 年后，历任军政部政务次长兼兵工署长、同济大学校长、上海特别市市长、国民党中委、湖北省政府主席、外交部部长、抗战后任行政院院长等职，后去台湾。善书法，喜收藏。与张大千过从甚密。
释文：仓庚于飞君子偕老，琴瑟在御静女其姝。
说明：1.上款人“渭渔仁兄令郎旸若”为陈鸿周三子陈夷同。此作为陈夷同结婚嘉礼所作。
2.陈鸿周(1867-1948)，字渭渔，著名篆刻家陈巨来之父。浙江平湖人。官至福建知府，后迁居上海，和赵叔孺为同寅，与书画界多有往还。
3.陈夷同(1910-1940)原名照，字旸若，又字明于，诗人，篆刻家，陈鸿周三子，陈巨来弟。
题识：渭渔仁兄，令郎旸若嘉礼，张群敬贺。
