A FAMILLE ROSE ‘PEONY AND PRUNUS’ DISH, YONGZHENG PERIOD
China, 1723-1735. The shallow rounded sides rising from a short tapered foot, delicately painted in bright enamels to the interior with leafy peony sprays and a blossoming prunus branch.
Provenance: From a Dutch private collection.
Condition: Good condition with wear to enamels, traces of use and shallow surface scratches, some firing flaws, the foot with minor fritting.
