A Chinese jade bangle with incised linear patterns dating from the 18th or 19th century. The patterns include a cicada. Dimensions are: the inner diameter measures 2 3/8 inches, 6 cm, while the outer diameter measures 3 1/8 inches, 7.9 cm. The bangle measures 3/8 inches thick, 1 cm. All measurements are approximate. Condition: It is in good condition. A reminder that all lots are sold as-is. The collector is of Russian descent, but was born in Harbin, China in 1935. Following the end of WWII, her family moved to Shanghai and stayed there until 1952 when they relocated to Hong Kong. The items in the collection were acquired during the family's time in Shanghai from private collections and art auctions.
