A Chinese round famille rose box dating from the Republic period. The lid and base feature different landscape scenes. The scene on the lid has seven figures with a cow and a dog under pine trees. The scene on the base has eight figures. The bottom of the box features a 6-character mark. Dimensions are: 3 1/2 inches tall X 5 3/4 inches in diameter, 8.9 cm X 14.6 cm. All measurements are approximate. Condition: The rim of the base has two repaired chips and some minuscule chips. The rim of the lid has three chips. A reminder that all lots are sold as-is.
