A group of three Chinese Longquan celadon jars dating from the Yuan dynasty. All three jars have stout bodies with short mouths flanked by two small, loop handles. The smallest jar features low relief carvings of lotuses and petals. Dimensions are: the smallest jar measures 2 1/2 inches tall X 3 1/4 inches in diameter, 6.4 cm X 8.3 cm, while the largest jar measures 3 1/8 inches tall X 4 1/2 inches in diameter, 7.9 cm X 11.4 cm. All measurements are approximate. Condition: All jars have chipping to the foot. The two larger jars have crazing throughout. The largest jar has chipping to one handle and to the mouth, as well as a crack to one handle. A reminder that all lots are sold as-is. We have sought to record the changes in the condition of this piece after its initial manufacture as diligently as possible; however, as stated in our terms, condition reports are statements of opinion and not representations or warranties.
