A pair of Chinese blue and white porcelain jars dating from the 19th century. Both jars come with a wooden stand. Both jars are decorated with four phoenixes flying among flowers and floral tracery. Ruyi bands encircle the mouth of each jar. Dimensions are: 12 inches tall X 10 inches in diameter, 30.5 cm X 25.4 cm. All measurements are approximate. Condition: Both stands are broken with evidence of repair. One jar has extensive areas of significant breakage, repair, and overpainting throughout. The other jar is in good condition. A reminder that all lots are sold as-is. We have sought to record the changes in the condition of this piece after its initial manufacture as diligently as possible; however, as stated in our terms, condition reports are statements of opinion and not representations or warranties.
