The top of the stand is elaborately decorated with figures in a riverside landscape scene, featuring scholars and attendants observing a deer. The sides have ruyi-shaped pierced panels above aprons decorated with further figural scenes, all supported on tapering legs and raised on a square platform which is detailed with a dragon roundel.Provenance: A notable private collector in Kensington, London, United Kingdom.
