程熙（b.1939），女，又名程博熙，祖籍湖南醴陵，生于甘肃天水。系著名爱国将领、已故全国人大常委会副委员长程潜之女。国画家，师从唐云、颜地、赖少其、许麟庐。并有幸得到李可染、程十发、吴湖帆等名师指点逐步在学习中形成自己的风格。1988年调外交部钓鱼台国宾馆任艺术顾问，1998年被聘为中央文史研究馆馆员。第九、十届政协委员。出版有《程熙画集》。
