Work in which a panoramic view of the Crystal Palace of London is represented, probably at the time of the great exhibition of 1851, event for which this novel building was constructed. The work belongs to the genre of views that depict images of cities. The term "vedutism" itself defines a genre of painting based on the depiction of places in which buildings are present, sometimes populated by a greater or lesser number of people. The protagonist of the painting is therefore the urban landscape, always depicted according to the laws of perspective.
