However, due to the outbreak of the Second World War, he decided to move to the United Kingdom and later returned to Spain, where he finally settled in Madrid. It was in the capital, where he continued his academic training, and at the same time began his exhibition career. Thanks to his life experience, Fernando Soria exhibited both nationally and internationally, with places such as the United Kingdom and Germany standing out. At the end of his life he decided to move to his homeland, which also influenced his aesthetics, as during these years he explored a more expressionist language. It should be noted that although most of his production was pictorial, Fernando Soria also experimented for a time with sculpture.
