In 2015 directors Betsy West and Julie Cohen decided to make a documentary about the life and career of Ruth Bader Ginsburg, in particular exploring her newfound status as the "Notorious RBG," the dissenter-in-chief. In 2016 and 2017, they followed her to various events and conducted personal interviews with Justice Ginsburg and her colleagues, family and friends. The film premiered at the 2018 Sundance festival and was released in theaters later that year to great acclaim, garnering an Academy Award(R) nomination for Best Documentary. It is currently streaming on Amazon. This copy of the film's poster was signed by both directors and presented to Justice Ginsburg, who had it framed by the Supreme Court Finishing Shop before hanging it in her chambers. None
