Frame-cornucopia, first half of the eighteenth century. In carved and gilded wood. With acid-etched period mirror. Total measurements: 39 x 35 cm. Baroque frame type cornucopia, with rectangular and moulded interior perimeter, completed in the exterior part with scallops, tornapuntas and rockery motifs. The period mirror is acid-etched with a depiction of a Greek hero or mythological figure dressed in Greek costume. This is probably Dionysus, if we can identify the staff he holds in one hand as a thyrsus.
