Very large temple vase with slightly tapering cylindrical body on a narrowed ring stand. On the wall a revolving yellow-ground depiction with a central pair of phoenix birds in dominant green and aubergine colors among rocks and blossoming peonies and chrysanthemum flowers under a green band of whirls. On the beveled shoulder, a broad star-grid border with 4 cartouches depicting auspicious symbols. The neck with a smaller depiction of birds among prunus blossoms and other plants under a corresponding star-grid border.
Shape: Vertical cylindrical shape with slightly tapering sides, beveled shoulder with relatively short neck and articulated vertical lip
