白玉为材，质地温润，色泽沉郁而带微沁。以圆雕工艺琢佛头外形，鹅蛋脸，圆润饱满，鼻梁通直，略微高挺，两侧脸庞丰腴。发髻高盘，琢卷云纹及乳丁纹样，头顶上方有牛鼻穿孔，可系绳穿戴。头后方及脖颈处留有通孔，从头部圆孔处可吹响此器，以召唤之用。这件佛头制作十分精细，面容秀美、神态安详，眉宇恬淡宁静，神态庄重娴雅、庄严肃穆，颇具典雅高贵之气。
