此件璇玑以旧玉雕琢，质地细腻温润，料色温润而微带沁色。整体扁平，中央有圆孔，形似变形的玉璧。外缘有三个形状相同、且均向同一方向旋转的齿状凸脊，凸脊上各装饰四枚凸起的小齿。边缘平整光滑，刀法粗犷有力，打磨精到，光气一流，盘完熟透。具有象征性工艺特征，富有和谐及韵律之感，为当时期玉器中的典型器物。
