灵芝自古便是祥瑞之草，如意祥瑞正来源于灵芝的造型，寓意福寿如意，美好吉祥。此拍品取材和田白玉，玉质细腻，温润透白，沁色满布。作炉顶式，灵芝为形，以大朵灵芝为主题，周身琢多个小灵芝点缀，高低起伏，凹凸有致，集阴刻、高浮雕、圆雕工艺一身。底座留有两组牛鼻钻孔，供镶嵌。整器雕琢精细，沁色自然，宝光浮现。工艺及题材都为元明时期艺术之佳作。
