此佩为白玉质地，玉质白润纯净，细腻如脂。佩作葫芦形，边缘起棱镂雕葫芦枝干，正反浮雕连枝葫芦图案，并配分别雕琢“卧兔”及篆刻“卯”字纹样。“葫芦”谐音“福禄”，其枝叶繁茂多果的藤蔓与多籽的葫芦常用来象征子孙万代繁茂吉祥，为中国传统吉祥图案。此佩工料皆佳，雕工极为精细考究，底面打磨平整，抛光细腻匀净，具有清宫造办处风格特征，实为一件清代宫廷时期的玉牌精品。
