Ludvig Stenersen Münter (1877-1957) worked for the Great Nordic Telegraphpany in Newcastle, United Kingdom. He later became the assistant at the Administration Office in London (1897) and senior assistant in Shanghai in 1907. From 1911 to 1929 he was the station master in Beijing until he retired from active service.
