The envelope depicting the crew of the Apollo 13. Autographed and annotated by Fred Haise (American, b. 1933). The message reading "Apollo 13 LMP."Condition Report The card is in good condition with no visible tears, creases, or losses. The sheet is toned, more visible along the verso. There is a slight undulation to the sheet. The piece of tape holding the fragment to the card is slightly discolored, visible in the lot listing.
