此尊觀音立像以木雕就，外髹金漆，工藝精湛，雕工精美，拋亮極佳，色澤雅致。菩薩頭梳發髻，風帽遮天，面龐飽滿，寬額豐腴，額間有白毫，柳眉杏目，隆鼻小口，面部刻畫細致，眼臉微頜，神態慈祥端莊。身形完滿圓潤，體態平腴，身披天衣，胸前佩飾瓔珞，雙手交於腹前微傾。衣襟自然垂落，衣紋流暢，線條優美。觀音赤足長身立於覆式蓮花座，風采卓然。整體造型飄逸，雕工精緻，線條婉轉流暢，實屬木雕造像中之精品，值得珍藏。
