炉体量适中，侈口，微束颈，鼓腹下垂，重心沉坠，矮圈足外撇。腹部两侧分时双戟耳，似将军左右执戟护法，凛然正气，耳洞圆润，耳部与器身过渡圆润自然。器腹两面施以错银丝技法，精作夔龙纹，线条流畅，繁复细腻，活灵活现，趣味无穷。此炉形制规整，敦厚沉稳，装饰方法别具一格，通体蜡茶之色，包浆醇厚，抚之柔腻，为文玩清供之佳品。
