A Chinese bronze ritual wine flask and cover , Bianhu , Han Dynasty, of flattened oval form with attractive green patination, the cover with label for Burlington Fine Arts Club Exhibition of Chinese Art, and other e xhibition labels for Cape Town 1953, Radcliffe collection 'J1' and BADA, approximately 18.5cm high x 17cm wide x 6.5 cm deep, 1,049 grams Provenance: Major Edward Copleston Radcliffe (1898-1967) collection and by family descent. Listed in the family archive as 'J1' and bought by Bluetts on behalf of Major Radcliffe from Sotheby's, The Property of Professor J.
