此器銅質，鑄造精美，工藝精湛，為印度造像藝術之典範。底承須彌式多層臺座，中部鑄飾金翅大鵬鳥，底置器足，鏨刻精細，沈穩大氣，座分為三部分，上置圓座，皆置一造型生動的神像，中部神像比例較大，頭戴寶冠，面龐飽滿，耳飾耳珰，四臂造型，上身袒露，下身著襦裙，跣足佇立之姿，兩側各置一比例較小的神像。此器銅質精良，造型特殊，保存完好，包漿古樸熟美，收藏佳品。
