Ca. 17th-19th century AD. A brass circular disc adorned with intricate Arabic inscriptions. The disc is pierced for suspension or attachment, adding to its versatility and allowing it to be displayed in a variety of settings. Islamic metal discs such as this one were often used for religious or decorative purposes.
