白玉质，莹润细腻，包浆厚重，带有沁色。整器圆雕一卧鹿，身躯圆润，四肢强健，蜷于腹下，腹背琢灵芝，嘴衔灵芝柄。鹿和灵芝都是明清时期常见的吉祥图案，《抱朴子》记载：“鹿寿千岁，满五百岁则色白。”故而古人以鹿为题，常取长寿之意；也有以“鹿”取谐音为“禄”，意求财源广进。鹿在古代是伴随明君、圣人出现之应兆，而道家将其视作神仙伴侣，“寿千岁”之象征。灵芝古人奉之为仙物，认为服之可“益寿延年”，甚至能羽化登仙。可见鹿以口衔灵芝的形象组合，是古人进呈献礼、祝福祝寿的上乘之选。全器线条流畅，工艺精良，玉质温润，精光内蕴，抛光柔和，可为书镇或案头陈设。
