AN ARCHAISTIC CELADON JADE PENDANT, HUANGChina, 20th century. A fine carving that captures the refined simplicity of the Eastern Zhou Dynasty, all executed in meticulous manual carving and chiseling techniques. The arc-shaped huang is carved on both sides with a stylized motif of archaistic scroll. One small hole is drilled for suspension to the top. The opaque stone of a celadon tone with extensive white surface alterations.Condition: Very good condition with minor wear.
