款识：拟王若水笔意，己未长夏，新安瑶笙程璋。 钤印：瑶笙（朱） 作者简介：程璋，男，原名德璋，号瑶笙，原籍安徽新安，移居江苏泰兴，后寓上海。早年为学徒，后从杨润之习画。曾执教常州艺术学校，上海中国公学、苏州草桥中学及北京清华大学。程氏早年学习没骨花卉，中年后变法，吸收西洋画明暗透视法，将写生法与传统笔墨熔于一炉。所作颇为沪商所好。出版有《程瑶笙画册》等。
