音头戴风帽，顶饰化佛，束发高挽，发丝细腻，双目微合，目光下敛，安祥自若，似低垂凝思。身披天衣，衣褶流畅写实，下着长裙，裙角自然下垂，生动曲折。双手分别结印，左手持净瓶，神态优雅，脚踩鳌鱼，浪花翻滚，造型规范。通体掐丝，施朱红色珐琅釉地，填以蓝、黄、白等珐琅釉，釉料浓厚，色彩鲜艳，富丽华美。饰缠枝花卉、祥云纹饰，精美绝伦，技法纯熟，古朴典雅。此尊观音菩萨造像饱满，身材比例协调，庄重娴雅，实属罕见，局部鎏金，金水肥美，无论从造型、风格、细节乃至观音纤细的体态，细微结构都处理得繁复而华丽，神、形、气面面俱到。
